Role Overview:
The Marketing Automation Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing communication strategies through our marketing automation platform. This position is crucial for the effectiveness of our multi-channel marketing efforts, including SMS, email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our personalized marketing campaigns are effectively planned and executed, particularly for our expanding influencer segment.

This role involves close collaboration with the Senior Manager to enhance our automation strategy, oversee A/B testing processes, and implement best practices aimed at maximizing customer engagement and campaign outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-channel lifecycle marketing programs encompassing Email, SMS, IAM, Push notifications, and Content Cards.
- Craft personalized messaging using advanced tools and techniques.
- Manage the marketing automation infrastructure to ensure exceptional campaign execution, reporting, and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science and Product Engineering, to optimize data handling and event tracking.
- Serve as the marketing automation and HTML authority, sharing best practices and providing training to peers.
- Lead the design and management of systematic A/B testing initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Work closely with CRM teams to strategize campaign approaches, ensuring thorough documentation and performance optimization.
- Share insights and recommendations for performance improvements across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Over 5 years of experience in marketing automation, preferably with Braze
- Proven experience in app-driven marketing automation
- Strong skills in advanced segmentation and HTML coding
- Familiarity with the marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated ability to set goals, share best practices, and provide constructive feedback.

The successful candidate will possess a results-driven mindset, demonstrating a commitment to completing tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive projects forward.
