Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's overall business objectives.

Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and executive team.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Oversee the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Monitor financial performance and analyze variances to ensure financial targets are met.

Financial Reporting:

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Risk Management:

Identify and manage financial risks to protect the company's assets.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Capital Management:

Oversee capital structure and manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.

Lead fundraising efforts and manage capital allocation.

Operational Efficiency:

Implement and oversee financial systems, controls, and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Experience:

Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar capacity in a mid-to-large size company.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of corporate financial principles, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in financial software and systems.
