Position Overview:
We are in search of a seasoned and meticulous Chief Financial Officer to join our esteemed Property Management Company.

The CFO will oversee all facets of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in finance, outstanding organizational abilities, and the capacity to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.


We seek a candidate with prior experience in financial oversight, compliance, and property management.

Top candidates will demonstrate proficiency in multitasking, organization, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and follow up on financial transactions, ensuring timely reporting and compliance.

2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

3. Maintain precise and current records of all financial activities and communications.

4. Address inquiries from stakeholders regarding financial reports, budgets, and account balances.

5. Collaborate with various departments, including property management and leasing teams, to resolve financial discrepancies or issues.


6. Generate and analyze various financial reports, such as cash flow projections and monthly performance metrics.

7. Assist with end-of-month and year-end financial closing processes, including reconciliations and reporting.


8. Stay informed about industry trends and regulations related to financial management and property oversight, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and standards.


Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the property management sector.

3. Comprehensive knowledge of financial principles and practices, including GAAP.

4. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

5. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

7. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data management and reporting.

8. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
