Creates technical quality solutions for production processes, coordinates customer complaints with management assigned, analyses parts returned from customers and warranty cases. Oversee or conduct quality checks or designated product/manufacturing process inspections, decide on blocking of suspect or defective parts or products for further decision. Analyze and create technical concepts for optimization of quality aspects in production or assembly processes assigned. Implement quality standards, initiatives, technical concepts and verify application and effectiveness, support preparation/conduction of internal and external audits. Manage complaints and related costs and initiate corrective actions in cooperation with local Quality Management and Quality Customer Service. Analyze parts returned from field/customers and issue related analysis reports, analyze customer warranty cases. Your Qualifications
