Coffee Specialist

Sweet Mary's Bakery is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Coffee Specialist / Customer Support to enhance our bustling establishment.

We are looking for candidates who can commit to a flexible schedule, particularly during peak days of operation. Full-time roles may involve shifts lasting up to 10 hours, while part-time positions typically range from 6 to 8 hours.

The ideal candidates will possess a friendly demeanor and some experience in customer service, as well as familiarity with cash register and point-of-sale systems. Experience in coffee preparation or food handling is advantageous, along with a willingness to learn and adapt. Given our focus on bakery products, applicants should be prepared to engage with customers, assist in food preparation, maintain product displays, and collaborate effectively with kitchen staff. While the learning curve may be steep, we are enthusiastic about training the right individuals.

Compensation is based on experience, starting at $12.00/hour, plus tips.
