Description:

  • Troubleshoot complex issues for clients, including account management, financial planning, and providing support for financial software and systems
  • Handle a high volume of transactions per day, with the potential to increase based on business trends
  • Engage with clients via phone, chat, and email to offer exceptional customer service and support
  • Document client interactions accurately to ensure proper summary of customer interactions
  • Provide first call resolution and suggest self-help options for future assistance
  • Conduct outbound calls for issue follow-up and program compliance
  • Record details of client requests/tickets to meet internal requirements
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with clients

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (Required)
  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot problems and share knowledge effectively
