Keenan specializes in providing consulting services in the areas of: employee benefits, workers' compensation, loss control, financial, and property & liability.

What You'll Do:

Administrative Support:

  • Responsible for managing active calendars daily which requires quick-thinking, problem-solving skillset with excellent time management.
  • Proficient at scheduling, prioritizing, and maximizing time between internal meetings, conference calls, video conferences, client meetings, and other appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Proactively manage and coordinate business travel.
  • Accountable for treating confidential information appropriately at all times.
  • Prepare expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Answer phones and respond to requests for information.
  • Prepare reports, emails and other correspondence as appropriate.

Training and Coordination:

  • Create and update new hire and promoted/transfer training schedules.
  • Conduct bi-weekly check-ins with employees to track training progress.
  • Coordinate with the team and legal department to produce Master Renewal Spreadsheets annually.
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly team meetings, including logistics such as agendas, accommodations, and food and beverage arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support in updating and formatting internal team training modules.

Client and Team Support:

  • Respond to and provide assistance to external clients for access to training through our online training portal.
  • Prepare and process invoices.
  • Create reports in Salesforce for team distribution.
  • Maintain various team-related documents such as org charts, contact spreadsheets, and biographies.
  • Support the team with by uploading and maintaining various documents in SharePoint.
  • Maintain client aged receivable report and work with team to facilitate timely payment.
  • Create and update various spreadsheets (online training utilization, certificate issuance, etc.)
  • Update and maintain team territory report.
What You'll Need:
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in assisting high level executives.
  • Bachelors degree, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent typing skills (55-65 wpm).
  • Accurate and detail oriented.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicants education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicants geographic location.
