About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team at Sky Zone. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our park, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management
    • Lead by example and foster a positive work environment
    • Develop and train Assistant General Managers and Team Leads
    • Oversee hiring, training, and employee growth
    • Manage employee relations, including discipline and termination
  • Revenue and Expense Management
    • Manage park operations and expenses according to P&L statements
    • Drive revenue growth through membership sales, birthday parties, and special events
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and marketing strategies
    • Train employees on sales strategies and key performance metrics
  • Facility Compliance and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with company and OSHA safety requirements
    • Monitor park attractions and equipment daily
    • Adjust staffing levels to meet safety demands
    • Complete inventory reports and maintenance documentation
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older and high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-volume industry
  • 2 years of sales experience, preferably in membership sales
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite, Teams, and POS systems
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Results-driven, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20 pounds
Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary range of $80-$85k, plus bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.
