Those offerings include devices such as switches, sensors, data communication modules, touch input panels, actuators, and power inductors; electronic shifters, remote keyless entry systems, and other automotive units; consumer electronics like car navigation and audio-visual systems; and systems and services such as digital keys based on smartphone app and blockchain technology, and remote monitoring.

Core Responsibilities

Drives incremental monthly sales to meet or exceed budget objectives with 10-15 partners in a given market or region. Educate, train, and support for the partners’ sales activities. Serves as a main/sub-point of contact and liaison to indirect channel partners about any sales-related issues. Provides accurate and detailed weekly reports on open opportunities. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Must be comfortable with up to 15% of domestic travel. Must be comfortable working nights and overtime as necessary as communications with global teams are needed. (10%) Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Successful track record in building strong relationships with indirect channel sales partners. Proven ability to meet territory quota expectations and KPIs. Strong foundational knowledge of distribution/sales rep business channels. Experience working with Japanese companies is a huge plus
