The Marketing Coordinator will work with the Marketing and Business Development Team to providing support to all firm members. Marketing Coordinators play an essential role in the Marketing and Business Development team. They operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, providing support to all firm members, including Owners, Principals, and Directors. This hybrid position demands strong communication and organizational skills, creative thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively. Marketing Coordinators are responsible for designing and producing proposals, presentations, and other materials to help the firm secure projects.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

: The following is a general outline of tasks and responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work with Owners, Principals and Directors to develop and produce qualifications, proposals and presentations

• Plan marketing activities

• Manage the proposal process including delegation, coordination, and development of proposal content

• Coordinate specialized consultants (civil, MEP, photographers, PR, etc.)

• Create marketing collateral (ads, brochures, electronic presentations, e-blasts, SM posts)

• Research target markets

• Develop award submissions

• Update website content and social media

• Plan and coordinate special events

• Attend and manage project photo shoots

• DELTEK VISION database input, updates, and reports

• Provide Business Development event support (event registration, ads, sponsorships, etc.)

• Perform support role in marketing and business development, including ad hoc assignments

• Data entry and update to CRM system

• Actively involved in professional and community organizations

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Requirements / Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism.

With no degree, three to five years of related professional experience required.

Preferred/Desired Skills or Experiences

• Demonstrated experience working on a team

• 1 to 2 years of applicable experience

• Excellent time management skills

• Organizational Skills, multitasking

• Attention to detail

• Ability to work independently

• Proven skills in writing professional materials

• Proven skills in creative graphic design solutions

• Intermediate level in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Adobe PDF

• Experience creating print ready products

• Intermediate level in all MS-Office products
