Position Summary:
We are a high-quality, nationally recognized printing and technology services company looking for a new team member to learn about our business, help develop content, and manage many of our outbound marketing channels. Working across our organization, as well as research and writing skills, is key to this role. This role will work in conjunction with our sales organization and will have exposure to all of our clients.
Primary Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

  • Learn and understand Allied's client base and value proposition.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute content strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create and manage a content calendar for online platforms. Writing will be a key part of this role.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in content marketing.
  • Understand the website analytics and make recommendations.
  • Project manage several key initiatives expanding our social presence.
  • Outline area trade shows, networking events, and industry-specific conferences and suggest which ones Allied should have a presence.
  • Coordinating various marketing methods, including direct mail, internet presence, and social media.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of professional marketing experience for digital, print, and web with professional business social media channels and analytics required.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow-up skills
  • Writing, editing, and proofing skills and a strong understanding of digital marketing content strategy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent understanding of digital space, including but not limited to platforms such as: One Note, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, and AI content creation platforms/technology.
