Vous intgrerez notre agence locale en tant que conseiller client (H/F) en CDI et suivrez en parallle notre cursus de formation interne afin d'voluer rapidement vers des postes en management, RH, ventes, marketing ou en finance.

Le package moyen dentre ce poste volutif est entre 26K et 32K brut annuel selon lagence, il volue progressivement pour passer 40K-50K grce lvolution au poste de chef dagence en moins de 2 ans. Il saccompagne galement davantages sociaux significatifs.

Qualifications:
  • Un niveau minimum bac+3 est prfrable ou une exprience professionnelle quivalente.
  • Permis de conduire B franais ou europen (boite manuelle), l'exception des candidats qui ne conduisent pas en raison d'un handicap physique.
  • Vous possdez un niveau danglais suffisant pour changer avec des clients anglophones.


Responsabilits:

De faon non exhaustive, les missions du conseiller client (H/F) sont :

  • Assurer un service client exceptionnel en appliquant notre plan de service client.
  • Elaborer des devis, mettre des contrats et informer nos clients sur les conditions de location et les caractristiques des vhicules.
  • Prendre en charge la vente de produits additionnels.
  • Participer au dveloppement du point de vente par le dmarchage local de clients sous la responsabilit du / de la chef.fe dagence.
  • Participer la gestion administrative et la prparation des vhicules.

En parallle, vous suivez une formation pendant 10 12 mois afin d'assimiler nos mthodes en relation client, vente, management, gestion d'un centre de profit, compte d'exploitation, dmarchage commercial, gestion du parc automobile. Vous apprenez aussi dvelopper et promouvoir votre propre quipe. Cette formation est assure par des managers qualifis, principalement en agence mais aussi lors de formations thoriques au sige social.
