The Role:

We are on the hunt for an experienced duty manager/supervisor from the hospitality sector. Your mission is to oversee daily operations of activities, be the main point of contact, and the face of the business for the entire customer experience. Your role will be primarily based around the activity floor and spectator areas/podium.

You Must Have:

Supervisory/management experience within the Leisure and Hospitality industry Enthusiastic and proactive The ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team Approachable by customers and your team Be commutable to West London/Hammersmith/Acton

What you will be doing:

Directly managing the day-to-day operation of the site Ensuring that safety remains a top priority for all staff members at the site Responsible for maintaining brand standards at the site Administration tasks, including managing rotas, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations, handling recruitment, and training Finance - Collaborating with the General Manager to achieve and surpass profitability targets

This is a full-time position; shifts are based on 42.5 hours per week. The work schedule includes Monday to Sunday, weekends, and late evenings. Flexibility is essential for this role.
