Role Overview:
As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the comprehensive management of operational activities, ensuring the successful execution of labor, productivity, quality assurance, and safety protocols established by the Operations Division.

Your expertise will guarantee that operations are conducted safely and efficiently. You will act as a representative of the company in addressing customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance operational processes, systems, and principles, focusing on information management, business workflows, and reporting improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for system expansion and operational enhancement.
  • Supervise in alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, select and onboard new talent, and provide training for both new and existing staff.
  • Plan, assign, and direct work, while also managing performance evaluations and corrective action plans.
  • Motivate employees and implement reward systems.
  • Collaborate with the branch manager to manage the company budget.

Operational Duties:

  • Oversee operational systems and processes, seeking continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and mitigate operational risks while providing strategic solutions.
  • Play a crucial role in long-term planning, project updates, and change management.
  • Report on key metrics weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Analyze trends and identify opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Manage staffing levels, wages, hours, and contract labor in relation to revenue.
  • Demonstrate the ability to anticipate customer needs and adapt to changing goals.
  • Supervise departments with a workforce of 15 or more employees.
  • Work collaboratively with home office teams to ensure smooth business operations and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Engage with onboarding teams as necessary.

Client Relations:
Serve as the primary contact for customer issues related to service quality, equipment, or incidents on-site. Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, internal teams, and external vendors. Solicit feedback and foster commitment and support.

Standards of Excellence:
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professional conduct. Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions are executed effectively.

Coordinate, schedule, and execute all special project work for assigned locations.
