Role Summary: As an Evening Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our studio operations during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Michigan Gaming Commission Regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with daily operational tasks.
  • Oversee studio activities, ensuring smooth operations throughout your shift.
  • Identify and resolve technical disruptions promptly, adhering to company protocols.
  • Supervise Game Presenters, Shufflers, and Players, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of all games offered and effectively communicate rules and strategies.
  • Manage communication and conflict resolution, addressing player and licensee inquiries professionally.
  • Foster a positive work environment and represent management's interests with discretion.
  • Initiate operational improvements based on feedback from staff and players.
  • Document incidents and prepare reports as necessary, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with management to evaluate program performance and functionality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • At least one year of relevant management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate conflicts effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to instruct and clarify company policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in multitasking and making informed decisions.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in task execution.
  • Familiarity with office equipment.
  • Must obtain a MI Casino Employee Registration license.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
