WE ARE GROWING This is an exciting time to work for NewRocket, as we continue to expand our ServiceNow products and territories If you are driven, want the autonomy to grow your business and have deep connections in the business community - then this job is for you Responsibilities You will be responsible for new account development, account management, territory development, sales operations and professional development across commercial and/or public sector. Establish, develop and grow new and existing business relationships with influential contacts within Key Accounts. Identify, partner and develop account plans for ServiceNow solution for target territory, actively developing strategies that result in providing the best to our customers. Oversee client relationships within your geographic area while leading account strategy across a broad virtual team (Solution Architects, Engineers, Client Success resources, Partners & Marketing). Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers. Customer focused with exceptional communication and presentation skills. What You Will Be Doing Create a strategic business plan outlining how you will manage sales and develop business within the region, including designing innovative marketing events. Perform cost-benefit analysis of existing and potential customers. Become a front line, SME (subject matter expert) on all ServiceNow products and solutions, including attending classes, certifications and seminars related to industry, services, and products. Contact regular and prospective customers to understand their business needs and communicate ways in which ServiceNow solutions can help. Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales. Prepare sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, presenting to key leadership and stakeholders, including providing biweekly forecasts. Obsessed with the customer experience What You Bring Along Fanatical about achieving goals Demonstrated ability to generate new business, build relationships, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships. Experience leading multiple concurrent sales cycles from opportunity identification through closure with a proven track record of at least 3 continuous years of achieving or exceeding quota. Successful experience evaluating, establishing and building trusted relationships with current and prospective clients. Exceptional client relationship skills and demonstrated experience developing consultative, influential relationships with executives and other key stakeholders. Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience selling ServiceNow solutions, or SaaS competing products. Existing field level relationship in the ServiceNow ecosystem, nice to have but not required. Education BA/BS degree in Business Administration or technology related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Industry certifications highly desired. The salary range for this job is $110,000.00 to $169,000.00 in the United States, including (but not limited to) California, Colorado, and New York City. The amount offered will depend on additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. In addition, the successful candidate will be offered a performance-based incentive plan, health insurance, 401k contributions, a flexible (unlimited) paid time off policy, and 10 paid holidays per year.
