Who We Are PCMI (Policy Claim Management International) is a fast-growing, leading provider of integrated software for Extended Warranty Management and Finance and Insurance (F&I) administration. We are a SaaS company that operates in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Our 3 teams located in the US, Poland, and Thailand work collaboratively around the clock to build our PCRS platform that automates the full administration lifecycle of all extended warranties, F&I products, and service contracts for our customers. What You Will Do The Business Development Representative acts as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for increasing sales by developing new relationships with prospective customers, while properly presenting PCMI to prospective customers. This position will be working directly with PCMI’s sales team and reporting to our Director of Consumer Strategy. In this role, you will: Facilitate requirements gathering discussions with staff at all levels of the organization, assess needs, document requirements, and proactively recommend solutions. Design, develop and maintain appropriate workflow documents and business process documentation in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to optimize business processes. Analyze and determine the best path for solving business opportunities/issues which may include process improvements, application/system enhancements and/or end-user training Liaise between IT and stakeholders to translate technical language into business terminology and vice versa. Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer specific business questions or to support new initiatives. Perform data quality checks during data consumption to ensure that end users can use the data with minimal downstream enrichments. What You Will Need to Join Our Team Experience Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience. At least 1 year of prior business development experience. Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot and LinkedIn for CRM/sales purposes. Knowledge of Third-Party Administration platforms for Consumer Products, preferred. Relevant industry experience or understanding (Auto F&I, Extended Warranty, Services Contracts), preferred. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
