Description Plan, organize, manage and coordinate support to the Medical Staff organization in carrying out its delegated responsibilities as shown in Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of St. Joseph Hospital in compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Organizes and coordinates efficiencies in workflow management to accomplish departmental objectives. Develops and provides resources for medical staff leaders, including bylaws, rules and regulations, organizational issues, accreditation requirements, credentialing and peer review activities. Required Qualifications: Upon hire: Certification by the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) as a Medical Staff Coordinator (CPMSM), or eligibility for certification 3 years Experience in a Medical Staff Office.
