- Answer and Transfer Calls: Answer and transfer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule Appointments: Schedule, reschedule, or cancel new or current patients, confirm appointments, and notify staff of changes when necessary.
- Provide Patient Orientation: Give patients appropriate orientation for preparatory and safety protocols, and provide directions to facilities if needed.

- High School Diploma or GED: Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills: Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Strong Multitasking and Communication Skills: Must be able to demonstrate strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Experience Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Must have experience providing exceptional customer service.
- Medical Terminology Knowledge: Must have medical terminology knowledge and recent medical/radiology office experience is preferred.
