JOB SUMMARY:
The Penn State College of Medicine, Office of Continuing Education, is in search of a dedicated Education Program Coordinator. This role is pivotal in managing communications related to Continuing Medical Education (CME) grants, funding requests, and overseeing the CME grant application process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate all aspects of CME educational grants and funding requests.
- Oversee the CME grant application process to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage marketing initiatives for the Continuing Education department.
- Provide ongoing training and updates to CE staff regarding marketing strategies.
- Assist with CME accreditation responsibilities as time and professional development allow.
- Engage with various stakeholders, including University Finance, IT, Marketing, CME grantors, and partners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants should possess:
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- An Associate's Degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
The following clearances must be successfully completed for this position:
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History
- Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Criminal Background Check

SALARY RANGE:
