Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Medical Imaging Project Coordinator with a strong background in X-Ray/DR implementations and comprehensive project management experience. This role involves remote work with travel across Canada for post-sale implementations of Direct DR sales at customer locations, along with pre-sale support as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator will leverage their expertise in X-ray suite design, patient workflow optimization, sales consulting, and construction management to oversee X-ray/DR implementation projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously across diverse customer sites, adhering to standard project management processes from design to revenue recognition.
  • Coordinating highly technical medical device installations, encompassing patient workflow, construction design, IT implementations, and customer site requirements.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meeting unit and revenue targets, while also promoting services related to room relocations and other customer needs.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in managing or installing X-Ray implementations and X-Ray/DR turnkey projects.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, technical fields, construction management, or X-ray service.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to discuss and negotiate a variety of complex issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Project and Excel.

Preferred Skills:
Additional desirable skills include:

  • Experience in turnkey project development and management.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on forecasting and time management.
  • A collaborative mindset, fostering teamwork and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Understanding of Radiology and Clinical workflows.
  • Experience with SAP systems.

Travel Requirements:
This position requires extensive travel, approximately 70-80%, by air and car.
