About the Role

Centinela Hospital Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and organized GME Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Graduate Medical Education department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accredited training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Program Director(s) and faculty members
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases related to GME programs
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for new trainees
  • Assist with maintaining accreditation and compliance with national policies and hospital regulations
  • Communicate effectively with faculty, trainees, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Graduate Medical Education (GME) administration
  • ACGME experience preferred
  • TAGME certification encouraged but not required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and GME databases
