About Us
Join our team where you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and approving loans under the GGL Programs. We are looking for a dedicated individual with expertise in commercial lending and a strong understanding of SBA and USDA loan processes.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for GGL Programs, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Prepare comprehensive loan credit memorandums, providing recommendations based on thorough analysis.
Package loan applications for submission, obtaining necessary approvals and authorizations.
Manage interactions with CAFS/ETran portal, resolving issues promptly.
Review SBA authorizations and loan agreements for accuracy and compliance.
Conduct financial analysis, spreading borrower financial data and evaluating creditworthiness.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate loan processing and documentation.
Assist in portfolio management, annual reviews, and special asset transfers.
Desired Skills And Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 5 years of commercial business and real estate loan underwriting experience.
Strong knowledge of SBA, USDA loans, and commercial lending practices.
Proficiency in financial analysis and credit risk assessment.
Familiarity with loan platforms such as Spark, Abrigo, LaserPro, and FIS preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
