Currently, we are building a strong team to execute this grand vision.TourHero's founding team is led by co-founders Tushar (CEO), Jann (CPO) and Viren (CCO), and the former 2 previously co-founded/built Voyagin, one of the largest online travel companies in Asia, which was eventually acquired by Rakuten, the world's 5th largest e-commerce site.We are looking for a Business Development Representative (Field Sales) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for doing door to door customer acquisition for yoga instructors who will lead trips with TourHero. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth for TourHero by identifying and pursuing new opportunities in your assigned territory. The role will require you to travel from city to city across the US and live in different locations every 2-4 months (Austin, Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, etc). The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a strong sales mindset and excellent communication skills with a strong ability to build relationships. You will be reporting directly to Viren, co-founder/CCO at TourHero. If so, this is the perfect match for youResponsibilities: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities Build and maintain relationships with potential customers who will lead trips with us Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new clients Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue projections Requirements 6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales or business development Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and target-driven mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel within assigned territory Benefits 24 vacation days (4 days are year-end floating holidays) 10 days of work from away Employee stock options 401k matching Health and Dental insurance
