Candidates who are fast learners, have strong organizational skills, can quickly adapt to changing priorities and show a great sense of urgency in how they perform their work will be preferred. As a Marketing Manager, this position requires the ability to operate independently, informally lead cross-functional teams and be responsible for budget allocation. This position will offer excellent exposure to a wide variety of marketing skills. Example projects and responsibilities may include: Marketing Plans: Devise, implement, and execute measurable local strategic marketing plans to generate leads, increase revenue, and support resellers or a like initiative. Marketing Automation: Use Hubspot to craft e-mail marketing campaigns to drive engagement, awareness, and ultimately leads/revenue from our database. Budget Management and Reporting: Manage, track, analyze, and report on budget spending and marketing activities. Reseller Channel & Distribution Marketing: Develop and implement an engaging marketing program to promote the growth of LocknCharge products and services with local resellers. Product Management: Manage product information databases (CNET, Salesforce.com, etc.) for distribution and channel partners, master SKU listing information for internal staff, complete competitive information research, and assist in new product launches. Content Development/Website Management: Manage products on the website, and work with external and internal creative teams to manage local content for end-customers, resellers, PR activities, webinars, and other activities promoting the LocknCharge brand. Given the fast-growing nature of LocknCharge, other marketing duties as assigned. Requirements: Associate or Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 5 years of marketing, product management or similar experience. Experience independently managing marketing campaigns and initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns. Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to travel up to 20% Ability to work in the Madison WI office, when needed. Preferred Skills: Previous experience in working with sales teams, vendors, partners or distributors to execute on marketing strategies and plans. Marketing Automation experience (Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.). CRM experience (Salesforce.com) /data management experience.Event Management. B2B Saas Marketing Experience. Marketing Automation experience (Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.). Creating and implementing marketing plans from start to end with proven positive revenue impacts.
