About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Manager to join our team at Georgia Hospice Care. As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and generating new hospice business in existing and new accounts, identifying new markets, and maintaining existing service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and generate new hospice business in existing and new accounts
  • Identify new markets and maintain existing service
  • Train and mentor new Hospice Liaisons
  • Coordinate care for referred patients
  • Serve as a liaison between the agency, hospitals, medical community, and other referral sources

Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Associate Degree required in a field of study or proven work experience in a health-related field
  • Five years of proven marketing and managerial skills and experience, with three years of experience in a clinical care setting
  • Reliable transportation
