About Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board: We are a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting dairy farmers in Wisconsin. Our mission is to enhance the market for Wisconsin dairy products, ensuring the success of our local dairy farm families.

Role Responsibilities: The individual in this position will be tasked with:

  • overseeing the storage and distribution of promotional materials at our main and satellite facilities
  • conducting thorough inspections and counts of incoming items
  • preparing and dispatching orders while optimizing shipping methods for cost-effectiveness
  • performing regular inventory audits and addressing any discrepancies
  • operating company vehicles for special functions and meetings
  • assisting in the upkeep of office facilities and grounds, including arranging meeting spaces
  • supporting management by ensuring vehicle maintenance is up to date and records are accurate

Candidate Profile: Ideal candidates will possess:

  • a high school diploma along with a minimum of one year of experience in warehouse operations or facilities management
  • the ability to make sound decisions to resolve daily operational challenges
  • excellent communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, suppliers, and clients
  • strong organizational skills to collaborate efficiently with all team members
  • basic computer proficiency for accurate and timely inventory management
  • a positive attitude that aligns with our organizational culture, demonstrating qualities of humility, eagerness, and intelligence
  • the physical capability to lift items weighing up to 70 pounds

Job Details & Benefits: This position is based on-site. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage along with a comprehensive benefits package, which features a company-funded retirement plan.
