The Veterinary Market Strategy Manager will focus on cultivating extensive industry connections, forging significant partnerships, and pinpointing sustainable growth avenues.

Their contributions are essential in shaping the Applied Markets business strategy and achieving success within the Veterinary Sciences sector, prioritizing both market expansion and business progression.


CORE DUTIES:
1.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes in Veterinary Sciences to inform strategic and tactical business choices.

Stay updated on regulatory, industry, and licensing developments that impact the Applied Markets, particularly in the Veterinary/Animal Sciences domains.

2.

Boost sales and marketing initiatives by effectively demonstrating the capabilities of Promega and its Applied Markets division to senior executives and business development leaders in the Veterinary Sciences field.

3.

Conduct thorough research to identify new market possibilities, devise strategies for market entry and penetration, and establish vital partnerships with stakeholders in both established and emerging markets.

4. Collaborate with Segment Marketing to develop global strategies and tactical plans for market segments. Ensure alignment with Product Managers, Product Marketing, and Branch Marketing on these marketing and tactical efforts. 5.

Work alongside the Segment Marketing Manager, Product Managers, and Product Marketing Managers to contribute to strategic product roadmaps. This includes performing situation analyses, SWOT assessments, product positioning, market size estimation, customer segmentation, and pricing strategy formulation. Ensure products align with market needs and accurately represent the market potential for new innovations.

6.

Communicate essential insights from the field to cross-functional teams and collaborate with these teams to influence product development and service offerings.

Ensure that product launches are tailored to the veterinary sciences market and effectively address local requirements. 7.

Advocate for new products in development and identify early adopters, alpha, and beta testers within the Veterinary Sciences sector.

8.

Utilize teamwork and leadership skills to cultivate deeper and more impactful collaborations within the industry.
