What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 8 years selling complex SaaS, data and analytics solutions and services in the telecommunications industry. Familiarity with Telco Voice and Network Operations, Call Center Operations, OSS/BSS stacks, and experience selling SaaS
  • Proven success meeting sales quotas and driving new pipeline growth;
  • The ability to lead value-focused sales conversations articulating the impact and return on investment inherent to implementing our communications solutions;
  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce, Microsoft 365 suite;
  • Experience using Franklin-Covey or similar sales methodology is a plus.
Impact You'll Make:
  • In this role, you will engage in prospecting activities including outbound communications, in-person meetings, and attending trade shows & conferences to create new business opportunities. You will drive net new pipeline in partnership with the account team, the SDR team, marketing, and product teams.
  • You will be responsible to develop and execute a sales Win-Plan to prioritize your focus on high-potential opportunities. Support and contribute to Account Plans for the top targets.
  • Manage and drive existing pipeline through the sales opportunity lifecycle: pipeline generation, discovery, presentation, negotiation and deal close with an emphasis on demonstrating value and ROI.
  • Collect, interpret, and share industry, customer, competitive intelligence in the telecom space.
  • Promote intra-departmental communication, team building, personal development, customer directed innovation and other traits to project and strengthen the culture of the company.


This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
