Summary:

The Team Lead Talent Acquisition (Hourly - Campus) position will be responsible for the strategic oversight and management of the internship and early career recruiting functions for the domestic enterprise. This team will develop and execute the university relation recruitment strategies, bringing entry level talent across the organization, and driving return on investment from the program. This position will ensure superior customer service is being provided and serve as a mentor while leading the recruiting specialists and recruiting coordinators who deliver the program execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Manage oversight of all university relations recruiting processes, including on-campus and virtual recruiting efforts and campaigns.

•Partner with key stakeholders and HR Partners across the enterprise to strategize and execute business unit specific internship and early career programs.

•Deliver holistic project management over enterprise summer intern experience program, and business unit specific experiences.
•Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team are clearly defined, achieved and measured regularly to meet established service level agreements.
•Serve as a partner and extension of our HR Partner team as we deliver a "OneTyson" approach to talent.
•Provide strategic direction, leadership and coaching for the university relations team for continuous learning and adherence to recruiting processes and procedures.
•Lead intentional communication efforts to collaborate and inform internal teams and candidate pipelines regarding recruitment updates, and strategic programming.

•Act as a servant leader to the team, leading by example and exuding the RIGHT behaviors.
•Audit for compliance and regulatory requirements and drive continuous monitoring to ensure processes and procedures are being delivered.
•Serve as an active and engaged leader across the Talent Acquisition team, and partner with leadership across hourly and professional recruitment teams to create synergies for talent.
•Enhance university relations marketing and employment branding efforts that maximize visibility to students and job seekers.

•Develop and manage internship and early career candidate pipelines, ensuring international focus on qualified and diverse talent.
•Stay informed and up to date on current external market trends and work with COE and HR Optimization team to drive solutions and/or enhance processes.

Requirements:
Education / Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education.
Experience: 4+ years relevant work experience. Previous supervisory experience & direct recruiting experience strongly preferred. Experience is event planning and project management a plus.
Communication Skills: This position is expected to communicate recommendations and implement performance strategies across a broad range of users, stakeholders, and management. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required. Team member must be able to adapt their communication style for all levels within the organization.
Special Skills: Experience with recruitment tools and technology; Experience leading recruitment team activities in a high-volume environment; Ability to drive improvement and integration of processes, technology, and people; effective time management and prioritization skills; Detail oriented with focus on quality; Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive positions; Ability to influence and collaborate with leaders across the company.
Supervisory: Yes, this person will lead a team that consists of recruiting specialists and coordinators.

Travel: This role requires travel, but volume of travel varies throughout the year with heaviest requirement during the fall semester. Up to 50% travel.

Location: This will be onsite at Tyson on Thompson in Springdale, AR
