Position Summary

The Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist is chiefly accountable for connecting healthcare professionals with contractual opportunities at healthcare facilities across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Manage the selection and submission of healthcare professionals' profiles to relevant client facilities to ensure the placement of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Client Services Department, acting as a liaison between clients and customers to enhance operational success.
  • Draft and finalize contractual agreements post-negotiation of compensation, time off, and scheduling with healthcare professionals.
  • Address any issues, grievances, or complaints from healthcare professionals during assignments, providing resolutions that align with the needs of clients and the organization while adhering to quality compliance standards.
  • Offer insights regarding the status of healthcare professionals' assignments.
  • Adhere to all protocols established by the Director of Recruitment and VP of Recruiting.
  • Be available for after-hours calls as scheduled.
  • Perform any additional tasks as directed by the Director of Recruitment and VP of Recruiting to support departmental or organizational goals.
  • Guide other team members in the implementation of established procedures and protocols.

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve a target of placing 12 healthcare professionals within the first year and 20 within the second year.

  • Familiarity with data entry and digital communication tools.

This position is remote, requiring:

Corporate Engagement
