Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and Specialists, you will assist in the complete recruitment cycle, helping us meet our departmental objectives while maintaining Tyson Foods' dedication to quality.

We are in search of a meticulous and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in juggling multiple responsibilities, managing client communications, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. Strong organizational and prioritization abilities are crucial to effectively handle the varied workload, ensuring all responsibilities are fulfilled accurately and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceptional Support: Deliver outstanding customer service and administrative assistance throughout the recruitment journey, from scheduling interviews to generating offers, and work with the onboarding team to facilitate a seamless pre-employment onboarding process.
  • Interview Management: Coordinate, arrange, and confirm all interviews for management and support candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Candidate Engagement: Collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team to surpass expectations throughout the entire recruitment process, consistently adhering to Tyson Foods Inc. standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Aid in recruitment activities to ensure adherence to compliance regulations and OFCCP guidelines, promoting a fair and inclusive hiring environment.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Assist in sourcing, requisition management, and networking initiatives to build, manage, and sustain qualified talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
  • Flexible Team Member: Adapt to changing needs by taking on additional responsibilities related to the talent acquisition process as required.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience related to the job description.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient computer skills, with familiarity using an applicant tracking system being a plus.
  • Communication Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, team members, and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: An Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in talent acquisition or human resources is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS Tracking, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Suite: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
