Position Summary


The Human Resources Services Coordinator plays a vital role in executing various human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, training initiatives, and performance management. This position serves as a strategic ally, ensuring that HR processes align with the operational goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate proficiency in human resources management systems.
  • Collaborate with hiring supervisors to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance of applicants with organizational standards and employment regulations.
  • Oversee the completion and documentation of new hire processes, status changes, and terminations.
  • Facilitate effective orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Support managers and staff during the performance evaluation process.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and create presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide training on HR software.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Review and enhance the policies, procedures, and frameworks of the HR department.
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records while providing administrative support to all staff.

Additional Duties

  • Support the HR department and other teams in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Organize special events, job fairs, training sessions, and departmental meetings.
  • Perform other general duties and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Skills and Competencies

  • A proactive and enthusiastic team player with leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; bilingualism is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, strategic thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software applications.

Education, Training, and Experience

  • Preferred: Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources or a comparable role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and HR processes.
  • Preferred: SHRM-CP or HRCI certification.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position, occasionally standing or sitting for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
