Client Services Associate

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests. Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and services. Client Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Account Management: Manage client accounts, including onboarding new clients, updating account information, and maintaining client records. Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve our services. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services to existing clients. Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to enhance the client experience. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of client service strategies and initiatives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, or related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
