Client Services Associate

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and services.
- Client Support:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Account Management:
- Manage client accounts, including onboarding new clients, updating account information, and maintaining client records.
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve our services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services to existing clients.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to enhance the client experience.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of client service strategies and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, or related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office
