Client Services Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
    • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and services.

  2. Client Support:
    • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
    • Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

  3. Account Management:
    • Manage client accounts, including onboarding new clients, updating account information, and maintaining client records.
    • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve our services.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services to existing clients.

  4. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to enhance the client experience.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of client service strategies and initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, or related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
