As a Client Services Associate in Trust Management, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at supporting Trust Wealth Advisors, Investment Advisors, and clients in their account management and operational needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external clients, utilizing verbal and written formats.
  • Draft communications for clients under the guidance of Advisors.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for current clients.
  • Proactively anticipate the needs of clients and Advisors, addressing issues with appropriate guidance.
  • Manage accounts from initiation to closure, ensuring Advisors are informed of significant changes or concerns.
  • Assist Advisors in conducting annual client reviews and resolving account exceptions with proper oversight.
  • Maintain service standards, COI activities, and other necessary outreach efforts.
  • Provide coverage and support in urgent situations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly in word processing and spreadsheets (e.g., Word, Excel).
  • Self-driven and reliable.
  • Aptitude for learning trust systems and new technologies.
  • Ability to make independent decisions within the framework established by the Wealth Management & Trust Department.
  • Exceptional professional communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of personnel and clients.
  • Strong grammar, spelling, and business writing capabilities.
  • Competence in developing and applying problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and organize workload effectively.
  • Capability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Familiarity with investment, fiduciary, and estate planning concepts is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a trust department or a related field is beneficial.
