You Are As the Director Business Development-TMT you will drive Telco portfolios, managing forecasts with accuracy, lead business reviews and develop/enable the efficiency of sales team. The Director works with clients with 5 Billion to 15 Billion USD and more in annual revenues. Creates solutions and POVs. The Opportunity Drive revenue and market share in North America into several sectors in a land/expand manner. Drive opportunities for UST to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes, and forecasted sales. Provide forecasts on committed, best-case, and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods. Cultivate strong relationships with third-party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets. You Will Need At least 15 years business development experience with at least 7 years enterprise new logo acquisition for the TMT vertical. Successful track record slaying multi-million-dollar quotas for digital transformation solutions Background within the global delivery service model. Start-up experience and growth mindset. Experience driving end to end sales strategy for new account acquisition. Tried and proven go to market strategy with success in setting C level meetings with enterprise accounts. Ability to conceptualize, analyze, and create blueprints for business transformations and present solutions across multiple domains. Must be currently located in Canada.
