You will be a strategic partner responsible for working on a range of tasks including calendar maintenance and scheduling, travel coordination, expense management, inbox management, correspondence, and other assigned projects. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and passion for time optimization to boost the productivity for key executives of a fast-growing enterprise software company. WHAT YOU’LL DO Help prioritize time for the President to ensure a focus on achieving key goals, by scheduling meetings and managing complex calendars in accordance with shifting priorities. Event Coordination responsibilities, including scheduling meetings at industry events, sales kickoff meetings, leadership meetings, partnering with marketing on trade shows, etc. Increase organizational effectiveness by proactively keeping the managed leader informed and prepared for the day and week ahead. Assist in executing projects. Manage the creation of high-quality presentations including coordinating the agenda and working with contributors to develop the decks. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. Assist with meeting agenda preparation through preparing slides, editing, revising presentation materials, and being a source of ideas and recommendations. Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure the action required is addressed in a timely manner. Manage expense report coordination and submission. Create, route, and process written and verbal correspondence. Act as gatekeeper with a keen understanding of company and President’s priorities. General administrative duties (e.g., taking detailed notes, compiling data for reports, answering/screening/routing telephone calls) and special projects with constantly moving priorities. Collaborate effectively with other EAs to ensure effective executive team alignment and communication. REQUIREMENTS Extensive (5+ years) professional experience supporting at the executive level and understanding of the go to market aspects of the software sales business. Passion to partner with leadership to promote culture, efficiency and employee experience. Excellent organization and prioritization skills as well as acute attention to detail. Ability to act proactively and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high growth environment. Digitally savvy with in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products. Experience mapped to a CRO or other sales executive is a big plus. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders of varying levels. A self-starter with the ability to work independently, anticipate needs and make sound decisions with minimal direction.
