The Senior People Partner is a strategic advisor to the Maine Leadership team, aligning People practices and initiatives with the organization's goals. What you'll do: People Partnering:

Advises managers on business and functional issues, provides business level input to human capital strategies Talent Acquisition:

Works closely with Recruitment Provider and Specialist to acquire talent, drives local employer branding and social media initiatives Onboarding:

Works with People Services Specialist and hiring managers to provide a "best in class" on-boarding experience People Policies & Processes:

Ensures local People processes and policies are in line with employment law, best practice and other regulations. Organizational Changes Management:

Drives local organization development initiatives, and participates in organizational design discussions and decisions Employee Engagement:

Oversees local engagement survey action planning initiatives and promotes a high level of employee morale and engagement Learning & Development:

Assists managers in identifying training requirements and drives a career development culture. Talent Management:

Coordinates the delivery of talent management strategies and processes across sites. Compensation & Benefits:
