Salary/Hourly Rate:
$27-$30/hour
Position Overview:
As a Human Resources Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to employees, managing recruitment processes, and promoting a positive work environment. Your expertise will be essential in supporting the organization's HR department and driving business results.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process by screening and conducting initial interviews with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Handle employee grievances and concerns, offering solutions to ensure a harmonious work environment.
- Provide support to employees in matters such as leave requests, benefits, and training opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Assist in the development and management of training programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related area.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications.
- Experience with recruitment and selection processes is preferred.
- Associate's degree is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off).
