Responsibilities
Contributing to the team’s success by collecting, validating, and maintaining a well database
Contributing to the team’s success by preparing technical analysis, reports, maps, and slides
Monitor and report daily operations and production data.
Initiating, maintaining, and improving processes for connecting with and regularly maintaining data sets from portfolio company teams and data repositories.
Supporting the collation and migration of data sets between GIS, Engineering, & Geology software platforms, if needed.
Maintaining (and building, where needed) organizational structures for keeping multiple data sets in order, easily accessible, and continuously updated efficiently.
Applying a “Team-first” mindset to communicate effectively with the team and understanding goals that will help prioritize near term and long-term goals.
Skills and Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
+4 years of oil and gas industry experience - Preferably with an operator.
Effective communicator with the ability to present data clearly to an audience (in-person and virtually
via zoom/teams/etc.).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Experience with Microsoft 365 suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Enverus, Spotfire, and ComboCurve.
Experience with SQL, Python, or
similar query language would be a big plus, though not required.
Experience with GIS software also a plus, though not required.

Kimmeridge pays 100% of the cost of the employees’ health/dental/vision insurance. During each fiscal year of employment, employees will be eligible to earn a discretionary annual incentive bonus, based on company and individual performance targets.
