About the Team:
The Denver Office at Tetra Tech is a collaborative environment with a team of 50 dedicated professionals focused on serving the Colorado water sector. We pride ourselves on being a nimble and adaptable group, committed to aligning our strategies with client needs while nurturing our staff's skills and aspirations.

Your Responsibilities:
- Support design engineering efforts on a diverse range of municipal water and wastewater initiatives.
- Gather and input data using Microsoft and other database tools for technical assessments.
- Analyze data, conduct evaluations, and ensure compliance with relevant studies and regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, quality control, and management of documentation.
- Collaborate under the guidance of a project manager or senior team member.
- Conduct research for ongoing projects, including reviewing regulations, permits, and work plans.
- Coordinate with CAD designers for project drawing revisions and quality assurance.
- Draft and edit design reports for client and agency review.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related engineering field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 0-3 years of progressive experience in municipal engineering.
- Licensed EIT or a strong interest in obtaining EIT and pursuing professional registration.
- Highly motivated team player with a strong focus on performance.
- Proficient in data collection and preparation of scientific documentation.
- Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to format and produce comprehensive reports.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.

Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with water/sanitary sewer modeling and BioWin modeling.
- Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes.
