Your Role:
As part of our dynamic team, you will engage in the design and coordination of water and wastewater projects. You will be encouraged to embrace increasingly complex leadership roles while developing project management skills and overseeing interdisciplinary work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct conceptual and detailed design calculations and analyses.
- Prepare comprehensive engineering reports, construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure adherence to standard engineering practices and proper documentation in various reports and design projects.
- Provide engineering interpretation of specifications and drawings, recommending and documenting design modifications.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute work safely, timely, cost-effectively, and in compliance with regulations.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, alongside offering construction support services.

Business Development Support:
Assist in efforts to secure new projects for the water and wastewater group.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related Engineering discipline (focus on water/wastewater preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in water and wastewater system design, including pipelines, pumping systems, and collection systems.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in the State of Colorado is required.
- Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
- Experience in alternatives analyses for alignments, pipe materials, and valves.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills; active participation in water and wastewater professional associations is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
- NASSCO PACP Certification is preferred.

Compensation:
Salary range is competitive and commensurate with experience.
