Job Summary:

The

HRIS Support Specialist

well-versed in WFD Timekeeping, Scheduling and Accrual functions. This may include application configuration, finding solutions in relation to business need, training, development and providing technical support to end users.

Essential Functions:

Assists with optimal function of the HRIS Application, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.

Conduct large group training as needed.

Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to Users.

Field incoming problem tickets from end users to resolve application issues.

Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries and logs for Senior Executives and HR staff as well as External Parties and programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.

Assists in maintenance of WFD Timekeeping which includes, Accruals, Pay Rules, Work Rules, Pay Code distributions, and Timecard Data Validation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Effective oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to exercise tact, discretion and judgment when dealing with employees, outside vendors, and other individuals.

Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with personnel information, payroll records and all Human Resources issues.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Human Resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.

General knowledge of Human Resources and related laws, regulations, and guidelines as appropriate for position.

Extensive and excellent computers skills and application experience within a professional level Microsoft; advanced HRIS, Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook skills required.

Regularly attend and be punctual for scheduled shift and be in a condition suitable to perform duties of position.

Ability to organize and prioritize work, use time efficiently, and complete work in a timely manner, ensuring that deadlines are met.

Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and maintain positive outlook through changes.

Values diversity and is able to work effectively in a diverse environment.

Education and Experience:

Associates Degree or higher in HR or related field with general understanding of employment law is preferred.

2+ years of experience in HRIS Support.

Advanced proficiency in HRIS, Excel, Access and Outlook.

Basic understanding of HCM and Payroll solutions preferred.

Previous experience with UKG WFD required.

Reporting Relationships:

Reports to Director of HRIS

Working Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

100% Remote

General office environment. Position involves sitting, standing, lifting, bending, walking and moving frequently during work day.

Position includes potential evening and weekend hours as needed.

Position includes potential work travel as needed.
