Job Description: Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Inventory the Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for the Inventory Control and Returns departments within a given distribution center. Manages inbound and outbound returns processing, directs, and leads inventory audits, cycle counts, investigates variances; find root causes, report findings according to schedule and SOP. Recommends improvements in the warehouse process to prevent inventory loss and increase productivity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide leadership to facilitate business needs in the Inventory Control and Returns department including reporting, assists in establishment and maintenance of inventory procedures, budgeting and forecasting, business controls, loss and recovery and provide leadership and direction to other internal customers and employees. * Controls inventory placement based on information provided from slot info and database including count frequency * Directs activity of inventory control and returns personnel. * Manage scheduled cycle counts * Review daily shorts and instant credits and investigate. * Monitors inbound and outbound returns for SLA compliance to SOX requirements * Ensure all inventory control functions are completed in a timely and accurate manner. **Minimum Requirements:** * Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities. * Forklift Certification **Critical Skills:** * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a distribution center/warehouse/manufacture

environment * 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity involving employee management, would be considered a strong asset * Previous Finance experience or experience in an inventory control function is considered an asset * High school diploma or equivalent certification. * Strong communication skills, written and verbal. * Must be highly familiar with computers, SAP, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint etc. * Ability to lift/move occasionally up to 40 pounds without assistance and greater weights in a team-lift environment. * Physical requirements include lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods of time. * Always keep work area safe, organized, and clean. * Follow company Health and Safety policies. * Ensures that all employees are aware of, and comply with, the health and safety issues and principles outlined in McKesson SOP and by Regulatory Agencies. Offers training (i.e., orientation and safety talks); verbal and written safe operating procedures; perform regular workplace inspections; and enforce safe operating procedures. **Physical Requirements:** General Office Must be authorized to work in the US.
