About this Role Our Human Resource Consultants support our client organizations with HR-related projects that span across the entire employee lifecycle.

This includes recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits administration, policy development, compliance, leave of absence management, records management, policy advisory support, and staff development.

This Generalist role typically works with 3-5 clients and manages a diverse array of projects simultaneously. Our clients typically range from 15-50 employees, across multiple for- and non-profit industries.

About You Education.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

HR Certification preferred. Experience.

A minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience spanning across the employee lifecycle.

A blend of corporate and consulting experience, along with remote/hybrid and multi-state organizations is preferred. Availability.

An average of 20-25 hours/week, with overlap during regular business hours to support client needs, with a professional, private, and distraction-free work environment. HR Knowledge.

A strong foundation in employment laws and HR practices, with a high level of confidentiality and independent judgement. Technically Savvy.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR-related platforms, with a strong ability and propensity to learn new tech. Relational.

Able to build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and team members, with exceptional communication skills. Project Management.

Able to work on a variety of projects simultaneously, prioritize, and communicate interferences and roadblocks effectively.
