As a key partner to Operations Team, you’ll work closely with managers to create initiatives that elevate the performance, growth, and workplace culture of our non-exempt, customer-facing agents. You’ll also collaborate closely with our HR Generalist team, sharing in daily HR responsibilities across the organization. What you’ll be doing: Problem Solve with Expertise: o

Become an HR Partner:

Navigate complex issues like employee relations, leave administration, and disciplinary matters, using your expertise to find solutions for our non-exempt population. o

Champion Employee Success:

Support performance management, handle disputes and investigations, and ensure employee well-being through occupational health and safety initiatives. Be an HR Tech Pro: o

Master HR Systems:

Become an HRIS expert, utilizing technology to generate reports, maintain accurate data, and streamline HR processes. o

Embrace New Technologies

: Stay up-to-date on HR trends and technologies, participating in the implementation of new HRIS systems. Fuel a Positive Culture & Be an Employee Champion: o

Build a Strong Foundation

: Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment. o

Empower Teams & Employees

: Partner with managers and the People Experience team to design engaging programs and foster a positive employee experience. o

Advocate for Employees

: Respond to inquiries from all levels, handle sensitive information confidentially, and represent employee needs to vendors. o

Understand employee life cycle

: proactively identify trends and common themes to identify and improve processes. Continuous Improvement and Compliance: o

Stay Informed, Stay Ahead:

Maintain your knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes, and legal updates within HR. o

Optimize Processes & Efficiency

: Develop clear documentation and guides, contributing to the growth and efficiency of the HR team. o

Shaping plans:

Be a part of the strategic planning with the ability to follow through from ideation through execution. Decision Making and Problem-Solving: o

Make Informed Choices

: Independently make decisions while upholding best practices and fostering a people-first culture. o

Collaborate for Success

: Support the Talent Acquisition team and partner with HR Operations to ensure smooth onboarding, orientation, and performance management. You’re a great fit if you have: Solid HR Foundation

: Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience in HR administration or as a HR generalist. **

Bonus points for a Master's in Human Resources, and/or SHRM, PHR, or HRCI certification or actively pursuing one. Benefits Expertise

Strong communication skills to coach managers, collaborate effectively, and maintain confidentiality. Bonus points for de-escalation expertise Legal Savvy:

Knowledge of employment types, work visas (EAD, OPT, H1-B, Green Card), and non-exempt employment practices. People Developer:

Ability to coach managers on giving performance feedback, addressing issues, and motivating their teams. Tech-Savvy & Fast Learner:
