- Scheduling Duties:
- Accurately input schedules into the scheduling software and make necessary adjustments to time entries for team members.
- Manage weekly payroll processing and ensure compliance with record-keeping standards as per company guidelines.
- Monitor attendance records for the employee base to ensure accurate tracking.
- Recruitment Duties:
- Handle incoming applications and perform initial candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the HR Manager.
- Assist the HR Manager with onboarding processes by preparing necessary documentation and orientation resources.
- Maintain the training area by ensuring it is well-stocked and organized.
- Support the maintenance of employee communication boards and information displays.
- Field incoming calls to the HR department and route inquiries as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications and adaptable to new software systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Able to pivot between various tasks and projects on a daily basis.
