Position: Human Resources Scheduling and Recruitment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Duties:
  • Accurately input schedules into the scheduling software and make necessary adjustments to time entries for team members.
  • Manage weekly payroll processing and ensure compliance with record-keeping standards as per company guidelines.
  • Monitor attendance records for the employee base to ensure accurate tracking.

  • Recruitment Duties:
  • Handle incoming applications and perform initial candidate evaluations.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and the HR Manager.
  • Assist the HR Manager with onboarding processes by preparing necessary documentation and orientation resources.
  • Maintain the training area by ensuring it is well-stocked and organized.

  • Support the maintenance of employee communication boards and information displays.
  • Field incoming calls to the HR department and route inquiries as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications and adaptable to new software systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Able to pivot between various tasks and projects on a daily basis.
