Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the operational efficiency of the HR department. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can assist with various administrative functions within the Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee company adherence to regulations, including I-9, E-Verify, FMLA, OSHA, and other relevant laws.
  • Utilize the HRIS (Paycom) to maintain and track employee information.
  • Support the management of employee recognition and bonus programs.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing for New Hire Orientation sessions.
  • Take on additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Support Employee Relations with benefits enrollment processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources is desirable.
  • Familiarity with HR laws, including FMLA and Labor Laws.
  • Proficient in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and HRIS systems.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
